Hazardous Items Policy

For the safety of our staff, equipment, and customers, Anija Wash & Go Mobile Laundry Service reserves the right to refuse service and return laundry items if any of the following conditions are found:

• Human or animal feces, urine, vomit, or other bodily waste
• Bedbugs, roaches, fleas, or other insects or pests
• Hazardous materials or chemicals
• Gasoline, oil, paint, solvents, or other flammable liquids
• Excessive mold or mildew
• Sharp objects, needles, broken glass, or other dangerous items
• Magnets, batteries, electronics, or any items that may damage laundry equipment
• Any substance or condition that may pose a health or safety risk to our staff, equipment, or customers

If any of the above conditions are discovered, service will be stopped immediately and the laundry will be returned unwashed.
